Chuangyuan Biotechnology has a research and development center focused on various probiotic segmented solid-state fermentation technologies and processes.It closely collaborates with several well-known universities and authoritative research institutions both domestically and internationally, including Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University, Tianjin Agricultural University, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, the Key Laboratory of Industrial Fermentation Microbiology of the Ministry of Education, and the National Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety co-built by provincial and ministerial levels, to jointly establish a research and development platform.

In December 2024, Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Haihe Dairy jointly held a series of themed activities titled "Party Building Mutual Visits and Learning" to further promote the deep integration of both parties' party building work and business development. During the event, both sides will conduct company visits and on-site discussions. Recently, Haihe Dairy made an initial visit and, after gaining a deep understanding of Chuangyuan Biotech's products, expressed high recognition and close attention, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. On December 16, 2024, the 22nd China Food Safety Conference and the 2024 National Food Industry Science and Technology Progress Conference, themed "Implementing Food Safety Strategy to Support the Construction of a Healthy China," was grandly held in Beijing. During the conference, the award ceremony for the 2024 National Food Industry Science and Technology Progress Conference was also held. Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. won the second prize for scientific and technological progress in the "2023 China Food Industry Association Science and Technology Award" for two projects: "Key Technology Breakthrough and Industrial Application of New Postbiotics Segmented Solid-State Fermentation" and "Development and Application of Key Technologies and Equipment for Plant Polysaccharide Efficacy Verification and Extraction."

On December 13, 2024, Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. received an invention patent certificate from the National Intellectual Property Administration for its independently developed and filed method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder (Patent No.: ZL 202411354886.X). This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077. Using grains or legumes treated with low oxygen stress as the fermentation substrate, the Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermentation resulted in postbiotics powder, which, according to animal experiments, has been shown to improve chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
