Strength crowned, Chuangyuan Biotechnology won two Science and Technology Awards from the China Food Industry Association.
On December 16, 2024, the 22nd China Food Safety Conference and the 2024 National Food Industry Science and Technology Progress Conference, themed "Implementing Food Safety Strategy to Support the Construction of a Healthy China," was grandly held in Beijing. Shen Chi, Executive Vice President of the China Food Industry Association, Ma Zhengqi, a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and Chen Junshi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chief Consultant of the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
During the conference, the award ceremony for the 2024 National Food Industry Science and Technology Progress Conference was held. Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. won the second prize for technological progress in the "2023 China Food Industry Association Science and Technology Award" for two projects: "Breakthrough in Key Technologies for New Postbiotics Segmented Solid-State Fermentation and Industrial Application" and "Development and Application of Key Technologies and Equipment for Plant Polysaccharide Efficacy Verification and Extraction."
The "China Food Industry Association Science and Technology Award" is one of the highest science and technology awards in the national food industry approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and it is also an authoritative award in the field of food science and technology in China. It aims to publish leading food science and technology achievements both internationally and domestically, and to recognize organizations and individuals who have contributed to the food science and technology cause.
