Chuangyuan Biotech's lactic acid bacteria IOB701 post-fermentation probiotic powder has been granted a national invention patent.
On December 13, 2024, the invention patent certificate for the "Preparation Method and Application of Post-Fermentation Probiotic Powder from Lactobacillus Plantarum IOB701" (Patent No.: ZL 202411354886.X), independently developed and applied by Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
This invention provides a preparation method and application for post-fermentation probiotic powder from Lactobacillus Plantarum IOB701, relating to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus Plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microorganism Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number is CGMCC No.16077.Using grains or legumes treated with low oxygen stress as the fermentation substrate, the post-fermentation probiotic powder from Lactobacillus Plantarum IOB701 has been shown through animal experiments to improve chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
