In this event, both the school and the enterprise signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the industry college, agreeing to jointly build the 'Shenggong Chuangyuan Biotechnology Industry College' and conduct in-depth cooperation in areas such as collaborative education, collaborative innovation, collaborative services, and building a resource library. The industry college will rely on the rich industry resources and practical platforms of the enterprise, fully leverage the respective advantages of the school and the enterprise, achieve an organic combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, further optimize the talent training model, closely align the professional setup with industry needs, deeply integrate course content with professional standards, and allow the teaching process to permeate the production process. This will comprehensively enhance students' professional qualities and employment competitiveness, enabling them to adapt more quickly to the requirements of enterprise job positions, thereby improving personnel stability. In addition, the industry college will actively carry out faculty team building by sending teachers to enterprises for training and inviting enterprise technical experts to teach part-time at the school, creating a 'dual-qualified' teaching team with a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. It is believed that with the joint efforts of both parties, the industry college will surely become a cradle for cultivating high-quality applied talents.
