Internationally superior technology - independently-developed phrased solid-state fermentation technology of multiple probiotics
We establish the platform of phrased solid-state fermentation technology of multiple probiotics. The industrially feasible biomimetic digestion system is constructed in vitro for fermentation with the mix of core strains in the guts. The mixed fermentation and the phrased solid-state fermentation of multiple probiotics are first combined. The whole fermentation process simulates the digestion process of the healthy intestinal tract in the human body, and the final product is able to reconstruct the normal microecological structure in the intestines by simulating fecal microbiota transplantation.
