Chuangyuan Biotechnology has obtained another national invention patent authorization related to postbiotics research.
Recently, the method and application of postbiotic powder fermented by Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris (Patent No: ZL 202311685463.1) independently developed and applied by Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has obtained an invention patent certificate issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
This invention relates to a method and application of postbiotic powder fermented by Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, using Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris IOB413 for fermentation, with the addition of soybean globulin-dextran in the fermentation substrate, and drying the product after fermentation to obtain postbiotic powder. The nutritional component detection and allergenicity and digestibility tests of the postbiotic powder product fermented by Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris IOB413 indicate that the postbiotic powder product has low allergenicity and good digestibility characteristics.
