The group standard for "Ready-to-Eat Probiotic Foods" has been released, and Chuangyuan Biotechnology continues to empower industry development.
On September 21, 2023, the China Association for the Promotion of Industry-University-Research Cooperation released T/CAB 0281—2023 "Ready-to-eat Probiotic Foods" group standard, which clearly defines the terms and definitions, naming, technical requirements, labeling, packaging, storage, transportation, and shelf life of ready-to-eat probiotic foods. This group standard is applicable to the production, inspection, and sales of ready-to-eat probiotic foods, and will greatly promote the high-quality development of the ready-to-eat probiotic food industry.
Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., as the leading unit of this standard, participated throughout the entire process of project establishment, drafting, revision, and approval of the standard, leveraging its industry advantages in probiotics and postbiotics to discuss and determine this standard with experts, scholars, and enterprises from within and outside the industry. The release of this standard fills the current gap in the domestic development of ready-to-eat probiotic foods, which previously lacked a standard to rely on, and also plays a leading role in the establishment of relevant domestic and even international laws and regulations.

Chuangyuan Biotechnologyhas a research and development center focused on various probiotic segmented solid-state fermentation technology and process research, as well as an Industry 4.0 intelligent factory. At the same time, it closely collaborates with several well-known universities and authoritative research institutions both domestically and internationally, such as Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Harvard University, National University of Singapore, and the National Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety co-established with provincial and ministerial departments, to jointly build R&D platforms.

Currently, the second-phase production base of Chuangyuan Biotechnology, covering 16,000 square meters, has been fully put into production, with five formulation workshops and two raw material workshops established, among which the formulation workshops cover most of the mainstream dosage forms on the market. The second-phase project of Chuangyuan Biotechnology is located in the Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone Technology Industry Development Zone, covering an area of 51 acres, with a total investment of 250 million RMB. The project focuses on an Industry 4.0 intelligent factory, a micro-ecological preparation innovation technology R&D platform, and a big health product promotion and service platform, promoting the company's in-depth development in the field of biotechnology.
