Currently, the 16,000 square meter Phase II production base of Chuangyuan Biotechnology has been fully put into production, with five formulation workshops and two raw material workshops built, covering most of the mainstream dosage forms on the market. The Phase II project of Chuangyuan Biotechnology is located in the Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone Technology Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of 51 acres, with a total investment of 250 million RMB. The project focuses on an Industry 4.0 intelligent factory, a micro-ecological formulation innovation technology research and development platform, and a big health product promotion and service platform, promoting the company's in-depth development in the field of biotechnology.

This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077. Using grains or legumes treated with low oxygen stress as the fermentation substrate, the Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermentation resulted in postbiotics powder, which, according to animal experiments, has been shown to improve chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
