September 5, 2023,Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.The self-developed and declared patent titled 'A Preparation Method and Application of Bacillus subtilis IOB430 Fermented Postbiotics Powder' (Patent No. ZL 202310199984.X) has been awarded an invention patent certificate by the National Intellectual Property Administration.

This invention proposes a preparation method and application of Bacillus subtilis IOB430 fermented postbiotics powder. Based on this method, the biological fermentation technology products obtained and their application in the preparation of drugs related to lowering uric acid have been experimentally validated. The optimal activation, cultivation, and fermentation conditions for Bacillus subtilis IOB430 were determined, using lentil powder as the fermentation raw material, resulting in Bacillus subtilis IOB430 fermented postbiotics powder. Experimental verification shows that the Bacillus subtilis IOB430 fermented postbiotics powder significantly improves joint swelling in rats with hyperuricemia, notably reduces the activity of xanthine oxidase in hyperuricemia, significantly lowers the levels of TG and TC in the blood lipids of hyperuricemic rats, and markedly reduces the activity of ALT and AST in the blood, alleviating liver cell damage and effectively protecting liver cells, with effects superior to those of pure Bacillus subtilis IOB430 powder.

This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077. Using grains or legumes treated with low oxygen stress as the fermentation substrate, the Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermentation resulted in postbiotics powder, which, according to animal experiments, has been shown to improve chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
