On August 9, 2022, Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. developed and applied for the patent titled "Application of Inactivated Lactobacillus IOB-P9 Postbiotics in Blood Sugar Reduction" (Patent No.: ZL 202210525330.7).National Intellectual Property Administrationissued the invention patent certificate.

This patent uses the Lactobacillus IOB-P9 strain independently selected by the company, conducting in-depth research on strain characteristics, fermentation processes, quantitative analysis of postbiotic components, and functional characteristics of postbiotics. It is the first time that probiotic solid-state fermentation technology has been used to preparepostbiotic powder, and based on the research results, an invention patent was applied for protection. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077.
