By simulating the characteristics of core intestinal strains, a combination of aerobic bacteria, facultative anaerobes, and anaerobes was selected to simulate the characteristics of various stages in the human digestive process for fermentation, resulting in a product that can mimic the effects of microbiota transplantation therapy to rebuild a normal intestinal micro-ecological structure.

This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077.
