The 2021 China (Tianjin) Forum on the Development of the Non-Public Economy, jointly hosted by the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Tianjin Municipal Government, opened on the morning of September 15 at the Renaissance Tianjin Hotel. Gu Shengzu, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. On the afternoon of the 14th, Li Hongzhong, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Liao Guoxun, the Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended the welcome meeting. This forum, themed "Innovation-Driven, Cooperation Empowerment, High-Quality Development," aims to explore effective paths for creating a favorable environment for the development of the non-public economy, expanding regional exchanges and cooperation, and promoting the healthy development of the non-public economy in the new era. At the forum, 10 projects were signed, with a total investment of approximately 7.645 billion yuan. As of now, there are 35 projects under discussion, with intentions and plans for additional investments, totaling an investment amount of 25.5 billion yuan.

On the day of the forum's opening, as a leader and practitioner in the domestic health ecological food and intestinal micro-ecological preparations sector, the Executive Vice President of Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully signed the "Chuangyuan Biotechnology Production Base and Micro-Ecological Preparations Key Laboratory Project" with the Biomedical Bureau of Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone.

As an important layout in the industrial map of Chuangyuan Biotechnology, this project has a planned total investment of 250 million yuan and will focus on an Industry 4.0 intelligent factory, a key experimental platform for micro-ecological preparations, and a special medical technology platform. It aims to promote the in-depth development of the enterprise in the field of biotechnology and further enrich the company's strategic layout. Once completed and put into production, the project will achieve comprehensive coverage of Chuangyuan Biotechnology's vertical industrial chain and horizontal business areas, enabling the company to unleash greater technological potential and lead the future of biotechnology development. At the same time, the signing and implementation of this project will accelerate the gathering of high-end industries in the Tianjin area and contribute to the high-quality development of Tianjin.

On December 13, 2024, Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. received an invention patent certificate from the National Intellectual Property Administration for its independently developed and filed method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder (Patent No.: ZL 202411354886.X). This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077. Using grains or legumes treated with low oxygen stress as the fermentation substrate, the Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermentation resulted in postbiotics powder, which, according to animal experiments, has been shown to improve chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
