Operator (5 people)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare raw materials for production in the workshop, operate and clean production equipment, etc. 2. Control production process parameters according to process requirements. 3. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment in the position. 4. Equipment Maintenance (2 people)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of production, experimental, water and electricity, fire safety equipment, and office equipment. 2. Assist the equipment supervisor with equipment and water and electricity modifications. 3. Write and upgrade equipment safety operation procedures, and train and assess users. 4. Procurement, installation, and debugging of required equipment and accessories. 5. Assist the equipment supervisor in writing safety documents for the company, training, and improving the company's safety system. 6. Conduct safety inspections and self-checks, and rectify safety issues. 7. Assist the equipment supervisor in promoting lean production and lean improvement within the department. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

E-commerce Manager (1 person)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's Taobao, Tmall, JD, Alibaba, and Douyin stores and their e-commerce platforms, leading the operation team to achieve marketing goals and complete the sales tasks assigned by the company. 2. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's stores, completing monthly marketing planning for the stores. 3. Responsible for store event planning, formulating promotion plans, and effectively implementing them. Regularly track and evaluate the promotion effects, timely propose marketing improvement measures, and provide practical improvement plans. 4. Build a system for visual, copy, and customer conversion rates, continuously improving the store's conversion rate. 5. Responsible for analyzing customer purchasing behavior in the store, formulating marketing plans, and planning the CRM system for old customers. 6. Have insights into data operations and provide practical improvement plans when encountering problems.
