E-commerce Manager (1 person)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's Taobao, Tmall, JD, Alibaba, and Douyin stores and their e-commerce platforms, leading the operation team to achieve marketing goals and complete the sales tasks assigned by the company.
2. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's stores, completing monthly marketing planning for the stores.
3. Responsible for planning store activities, formulating promotion plans, and effectively implementing them. Regularly track and evaluate the promotion effects, timely propose marketing improvement measures, and provide practical improvement plans.
4. Build a system for visual, copy, and customer conversion rates, continuously improving the store's conversion rate.
5. Responsible for analyzing customer purchasing behavior in the store, formulating marketing plans, and designing CRM system planning for old customers.
6. Have insights into data operations and provide practical improvement plans when encountering problems.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of experience in operating and promoting Taobao, Tmall, JD, Alibaba, and Douyin stores, as well as team management experience.
3. Familiar with the operating environment, transaction rules, promotion ROI, and website advertising resources of various e-commerce platforms.
4. Proficient in maintenance methods and techniques for stores on various e-commerce platforms.
5. Possess keen market judgment, data analysis ability, information classification ability, and innovation ability.
6. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong logical thinking ability, and language expression ability.
7. Strong communication, coordination, organization, execution abilities, and team spirit.
