Marketing Director (1 person)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research and analysis on market conditions, operating environment, and competitors based on the company's development strategy and marketing plan, providing feasibility study reports for business decisions;
2. Based on the overall goals of the company, responsible for formulating the annual market activity plan and execution strategy for the region, ensuring target net profit;
The primary person responsible for marketing, overseeing the planning, execution, and adjustment of online and offline marketing creativity and implementation, and accountable for achieving sales targets;
3. Integrate and utilize online and offline marketing resources, primarily focusing on multimedia cooperation online, continuously improving brand coverage, increasing awareness and reputation, and being responsible for expected targets;
4. Insight into market and competitor development, timely adjustment of marketing strategies;
5. Responsible for visiting key clients, promoting client development and project information acquisition;
6. Responsible for coordinating various company resources and providing support for market business expansion.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in marketing, food, biology, bioengineering, or related fields;
2. More than five years of management experience in the health industry and functional food industry, with three years of management experience in the marketing department of medium to large companies;
3. Rich practical experience in marketing, market operation skills, and professional knowledge in market planning;
4. Strong planning, organization, communication, coordination, project management abilities, and good professional ethics;
5. Integrity and accountability in professional conduct.
Comprehensive salary of 9000--12000 yuan/month (specifics negotiable), double salary at the end of the year.
