Chuangyuan Biotechnology has been awarded the "Probiotic Industry Consumer Trend Leader Brand", with IOBPRO postbiotics supporting high-quality development in the industry.
On October 29, the "2024 (Autumn) China Food Industry Trend Release Conference" was successfully held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, jointly organized by the China Food Industry Association and the National Sugar and Wine Commodity Trade Fair Organizing Committee, with the support of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Food Industry Committee and the China Food Production and Education Integration Community. As an official key event of the 111th National Sugar and Wine Fair, the conferencereleased a series of the latest achievements including the food industry trend development report, local food industry investment promotion policies, innovative food products, and cutting-edge technologies.Leaders such as He Li, former Vice Governor of Guizhou Province, Shen Chi, Executive Vice President of the China Food Industry Association, and Wang Ye, General Manager of COFCO Exhibition Co., Ltd., along with about 350 participants from government, associations, enterprises, distributors, research institutions, investment agencies, and media, discussed the future development trends of the food industry.

During the conference, Professor Wang Haikuan, Chief Scientist of Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech on "Green Intelligent Manufacturing of New Postbiotics IOBPRO Probiotic Segmented Solid-state Fermentation Postbiotic Powder," providing an in-depth analysis of various aspects including the company's green intelligent manufacturing of postbiotics research and development, production processes, application directions of the probiotic IOB413, relevant functional experimental validations, and its innovative value in health foods and functional foods. He also introduced the innovative points of Chuangyuan Biotechnology's IOBPRO® brand postbiotic series, as well as the company's current progress and achievements in evidence-based scientific research in functional foods, special medical foods, special dietary foods, health foods, and new consumer products.

The "Probiotic IOB413 Fermented Postbiotic Powder" project is based on the independent isolation and selection of the probiotic IOB413 strain by Chuangyuan Biotechnology. It simulates a healthy intestinal fermentation environment in vitro according to the strain characteristics, using patented equipment and internationally advanced segmented solid-state fermentation technology to obtain inactivated bacterial bodies and their lysates, metabolic products, and nutritional components of fermentation substrates. This new type of postbiotic takes advantage of "filling the gaps" and "supplementing the shortcomings," addressing issues such as poor stability of probiotics, narrow application range, and high fermentation contamination, thus filling the gap in the solid-state fermentation probiotic postbiotic industry.
This project is based on scientific evidence, validated through results from cell models, animal experiments, and clinical evaluations, to provide a full range of nutritional health product solutions covering all populations, empowering the upgrade of the functional food industry chain, improving public health through modern technology, and meeting the diverse health needs of the Chinese people through nutritional intervention.
