Participants covered various positions including formulation, filling, inspection, sterilization, boxing, and packaging, with four practical projects set up: boxing, inkjet coding, single-column machine, and mixing machine. The aim was to comprehensively test and enhance employees' professional skills and overall quality through the competition.

The number of participants in this competition reached over 100. After intense competition and scoring, 6 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 14 third prizes were awarded, while those who actively participated but did not win the top three awards received participation awards.

The competition provided employees with a platform for communication, learning, and showcasing their skills. This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077.
