In order to deeply study and implement the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Tianjin, and to fully implement the important requirement of 'making good progress in further deepening reform and opening up', fully leveraging the collaborative innovation advantages of 'government, industry, academia, research, and application', on June 19, the Party branch of the Binhai High-tech Zone Market Supervision Administration and the Party branch of Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. carried out a joint party building activity, attended by members of the leadership teams and party representatives from both units.

The leadership team of the Party branch of the Tianjin Binhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Market Supervision Administration first visited the Chuangyuan Biotechnology popular science exhibition hall, production workshop, and party building activity room, and then entered the discussion session.

Liang Wu, Secretary of the Party branch and Chairman of Chuangyuan Biotechnology, stated that the Chuangyuan Party branch has steadily developed under the support and leadership of the 'Two New' Party Committee in the high-tech zone, and has been rated as the 'Five Good Party Branch' of the high-tech zone in 2023. He expressed sincere gratitude to the Binhai High-tech Zone Market Supervision Administration for its support and assistance to the enterprise. During the conference, the award ceremony for the 2024 National Food Industry Science and Technology Progress Conference was also held. On December 13, 2024, Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. received an invention patent certificate from the National Intellectual Property Administration for its independently developed and filed method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder (Patent No.: ZL 202411354886.X). This invention provides a method and application for the preparation of Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermented postbiotics powder, which relates to the field of microbiology. The Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 was preserved on July 10, 2018, at the General Microbial Culture Collection Center of the China Microbial Strain Preservation Management Committee, abbreviated as CGMCC, with the preservation address at No. 3, Courtyard 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the preservation number CGMCC No. 16077. Using grains or legumes treated with low oxygen stress as the fermentation substrate, the Lactobacillus plantarum IOB701 fermentation resulted in postbiotics powder, which, according to animal experiments, has been shown to improve chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
