Deepening cooperation and practicing diligently | Tianjin University of Science and Technology visits Chuangyuan Biotechnology to continuously deepen school-enterprise cooperation.
To further deepen school-enterprise cooperation and explore new models of industry-university-research collaboration, on January 12, 2024, the School of Bioengineering at Tianjin University of Science and Technology visited Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to carry out job expansion and employment promotion activities as well as engineering training activities, and held the 2022-2023 academic annual meeting. Wang Min, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, along with the leadership team of the School of Bioengineering and all faculty and staff, attended the meeting. Liang Wu, Chairman of Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and relevant department heads attended the event, and Luo Xuegang, Dean of the School of Bioengineering, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Chairman Liang Wu warmly welcomed the leaders of Tianjin University of Science and Technology and the leadership team of the School of Bioengineering, as well as all the teachers. He pointed out that the cooperation between Chuangyuan Biotechnology and Tianjin University of Science and Technology has a long history, and a very deep friendship has been established between the two parties. There has been continuous and efficient positive interaction in areas such as joint innovation of scientific research resources, talent training, and introduction. He hopes that through this exchange, we can further deepen the long-term cooperation between the school and the enterprise, jointly build an innovative system for the industry-university-research alliance, and form a positive interaction mechanism for mutual promotion and common development of professions and industries, promoting technological progress in the industry and high-quality talent cultivation, contributing to the development of national health and continuously empowering the big health industry!

She stated that in order to better serve the national strategy and the construction of Tianjin's modern industrial system, Tianjin University of Science and Technology focuses on major national needs and industrial development, relying on the school's advantages in light industry fermentation, industrial biotechnology, and other characteristics, closely linking with enterprises to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In the new year, she hopes that the faculty of the college will continue to carry forward the spirit of the university, maintain deep cooperation with Chuangyuan Biotechnology, focus on tackling key issues in the industry, and promote the high-quality development of the school.

Dean Luo Xuegang, on behalf of the School of Bioengineering at Tianjin University of Science and Technology, expressed heartfelt thanks to Chuangyuan Biotechnology for building a platform for the development of the college. The two parties have a solid foundation for cooperation and have jointly established the "Probiotics and Postbiotics Research Center and Industry-Education Integration Innovation Practice Base." Taking this opportunity to hold the college's academic annual meeting at Chuangyuan Biotechnology, he emphasized strengthening the understanding of the enterprise among teachers and students, and hopes that in the future, everyone will innovate and explore new fields and new ways of school-enterprise cooperation to jointly serve social and economic development.
