2022 Summary and 2023 Annual Planning Meeting
The past year was one of hard work and struggle, as well as a year of opportunities and challenges. Looking back at 2022, we, the Chuangyuan people, united in purpose, faced difficulties head-on, diligently working towards the company's development direction and established goals, striving together towards a common goal, and achieving excellent results; looking forward to 2023, we will continue to work hard and create brilliance again!
Tianjin Chuangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held the 2022-2023 Annual Work Meeting on February 3, 2023, to summarize the work of 2022 and deploy the development plan and overall goals for 2023. Chairman Mr. Liang Wu, President Mr. Fu Tianmin, the company's executive team, and management personnel at the department head level and above attended this annual work meeting.
Chairman Liang Wu reviewed the development of Chuangyuan Biotechnology in 2022 at the meeting and made an overall plan for 2023, particularly pointing out several key focuses we should adhere to in our work in 2023: one core, two focal points, three major guarantees, four requirements, and eight persistences, to greet new opportunities and challenges with the best state and performance, riding the wind and breaking the waves, and creating brilliance again!

The development of Chuangyuan relies on the efforts and sweat of every Chuangyuan person. In the past year, all departments of the company worked closely together and cooperated to ensure the company's sustained rapid development. During this period, a large number of outstanding individuals and departments emerged.
To recognize excellence and promote role models, a total of 10 honorary awards were specially established for 'Outstanding Departments', 'Outstanding Employees', and 'Outstanding Interns', including certificates, trophies, and cash rewards, presented by the chairman and president to 3 outstanding departments, 6 outstanding employees, and 1 outstanding intern.

In addition, there were choral performances of 'The Most Beautiful Expectation', 'Your Answer', 'Youth', 'This Age', 'Ordinary Road', 'Be Brave', solo performances of 'New Four Seasons Song', skits 'You Have, I Have', martial arts 'Loyalty to the Country', and stage play 'The Legend of the White Snake', among other colorful programs. The 'Glow Dance Medley' instantly ignited the atmosphere, with waves of performances keeping the audience engaged, culminating in a grand chorus of 'Tomorrow Will Be Better', bringing the annual meeting atmosphere to a new climax.
